Our Warranty


We will promptly repair or replace (at our discretion) your chair or table free of charge if it becomes damaged due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) years. This warranty period begins from your date of purchase, provided you complete a warranty registration form within 30 days. A registration form is available at our web site, www.BlueRidgeChair.com. This warranty applies to the original owner only and may not be transferred to another person.

This warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Some states do no allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

We reserve the right to replace a discontinued model with a current model of our choosing. Chairs and tables with expired warranties that have become damaged due to normal wear, accident, misuse, or neglect may be repaired or replaced for a reasonable charge. If this cost exceeds US $20, then Blue Ridge Chair Works will advise you of this cost and await your approval prior to proceeding.

Return damaged furniture directly to the Blue Ridge Chair Works Service Center. Dealers are not authorized to perform service work on behalf of Blue Ridge Chair Works. You must return the entire chair or table, including broken parts, freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with US $20 for return shipping and handling within the USA and Canada. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges.
